We have created an Intranet Site for Encompass Outdoor Inc. that is used by the sales people and company management to go through a process of creating a proposal, to producing a finished contract.  Key features of the system are its ease of use, the creation of PDF’s on the fly, the ability to upload multiple image files on the fly, the ability to create formatted excel spreadsheets on the fly, and some advance reporting techniques that allow management to structure complex queries and print out nicely formatted reports.
